FAQ
Use the DEG/RAD toggle at the top of the calculator. DEG mode interprets angles in degrees (360° in a circle), while RAD mode uses radians (2π in a circle). Most everyday calculations use degrees.
Trigonometric (sin, cos, tan and their inverses), logarithmic (ln, log₁₀), exponential (eˣ, 10ˣ), powers (x², x³, xʸ), roots (√, ∛), factorial (n!), and constants (π, e).
M+ adds the current display value to memory. M- subtracts it. MR recalls the stored value. MC clears memory. Memory persists until you clear it or refresh the page.
The calculator follows standard mathematical order: operations are entered sequentially using operator buttons. For complex expressions with parentheses, use the individual function buttons to compute intermediate results.
Yes. This calculator uses JavaScript's built-in Math library which provides IEEE 754 double-precision floating-point accuracy - the same precision used by desktop scientific calculators.
